Metaleiro sai do armário

Chuck Panozzo, um dos fundadores do grupo heavy metal Styx, decidiu "tirar um peso da alma" e assumiu oficialmente sua homossexualidade durante evento da Human Rights Campaign em Chicago nesse final de semana. "Os segredos todos aparecem quando você morre, então porque não contar sua história com suas próprias palavras ?" declarou o metaleiro, que também se declarou soropositivo desde 1990. "Eu tinha medo de ser repelido pelos fãs, tinha medo que dissessem 'oh, é um fruta'" Panozzo fundou os Styx com seu irmão John, que morreu em 1996 aos 47 anos. A banda emplacou vários sucessos nos EUA nos anos 70 e 80, como "Babe"e Come Sail Away".
